Relatives and Gay Fraternity members of Several Drug officers

I am being stalked by drug officers and I have no involvement in drugs just have made complaints to local FBI about family members of police officers involved in drugs. Upon acknowledgement by an officer during a complaint of stalking by cousins of the drug officer I started being stalked in broad daylight by persons involved in the drug group and started getting harasiing calls from a doctor related to them also. Please tell me how I might get a contact for the witness protection agency, the local FBI Federal marshalls told me that Louisiana doesn't offer witness protection to me, I feel that it was a discriminatory thing. Also supervisors of the drug officers have told me directly that I should get shot if I make a career out of making complaints against police officers.

If police officers are the people doing what you describe, then the Civil Right's Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office or the F.B.I. would be the ones to contact.
