Is it possible to prevent my wife from having my sons (3,4) in the presence of her oldest son (20) who has 2 possession charges withing the last year?

Yes, it is possible. Easy to get done? Not necessarily so. If she fights you on this issue, you will have to take her to court and show the District Judge where such contact with the older son is not in the best interest of your two young boys. You state only that the oldest son of your wife has "2 possession charges", not two possession convictions, whether pleas of guilty or otherwise. Nevertheless, since the cops are pointing the finger at the oldest son accusing him of illegal drug activity, then it might be possible to prove such illegal drug involvement in court at the trial of your rule to restrict personal contact between your two young boys and your wife's oldest son. This is assuming you and she are separated. If not, it's up to you how you go about handling this problem. Good luck to you all and I hope you all are able to work this situation out!
