Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
my roomate got pulled over they found weed in his truck came back to the house with search warrant they found all kind of stuff in his room no where else in the house , how is it that iam being charged with the same thing he is?????????

You are presumed to have known it was there. It may be possible to work a plea deal where your roommate admits to the possession and exonerates you.
