My roommate had sex with someone she met on an online dating site (18+). He called her yesterday and informed her that he was actually 16 and that unless she had sex with him again, he would call the police on her. What can she do?

If their ages are within 2 years of each other, it is not a crime. If it is more than 2 years it is Misdemeanor (not felony) Carnal Knowledge.
