14:35.3 is domestic abuse battery.This is the intentional use of force or violence committed by one household member against another household member. It is an enhanceable crime meaning ithe first and second offenses are misdemeanors and the third is a felony. A felony is any crime that carries a sentence of more than six months with or without hard labor,
