Likely sentence
What would be the likely sentence given to a 21yr old male for selling on stolen items in the value of around $5000, would they taken into consideration that it was a first time offence?

He should be able to get probation and a dismissal of all charges under La. C.Cr.P Art. 893 if he sucessfully completes probation.
