Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana

which sentencing is the final sentencing - probation revocation or judges sentencing? b/c they say 2 different things - one says 10yrs suspended 5 yrs prob and the other says 5yrs suspended and 5 yrs probation

The sentence is ordered by the judge. If someone is placed on probation and then fails to comply, they are revoked and must serve what remains of the sentence if so ordered by the judge.
