You can file suit against your employer for harassment by a customer, especially if the harassment was reported and the employer failed to protect you from continued harassment. There are several cases on that. One that jumps to mind was a case where a Hooter's waitress was compelled by her manager to wait on a customer who came in and harassed her. Her manager made her wait on him because he was in her section and she won a judgment against the company for harassment.
