Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
Went shopping. Found an open box with a fan, went ask service desk if I could get it cheaper since it's open. They said no so I told then I no longer was interested in buying the item and went continue shopping. Checked out, signed a receipt when i checked out at the service desk, which I thought was weird since I was using a gift card, and left the store. Went back a few days later, the store is right near work so I usually go kill time, purchased a comforter bed set and left. Now they are accusing me of fraud return and say it's on camera when I didnt return anything. Could it be the employee that screwed me? My parents and I have gotten a lawyer.
