Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
simple burgary
my son is 17 year of age and is charged for simple burgary with a 10k bail bond. At the motion the judge order a drug test and my son fail for positive for marijuana and was take to custody for 30 days in jail. I plead to the judge for my son to staying in home so he can continuo in high school but the judge denied and send him to jail. What can I do with a court free defense attorney to free my son so he can continuo is education!
