Son arrested for aggressive rage no evidence girl said nothing happened,another Guy was turned in to lawyer of doing it not my son how long should it take to get him out and without bond

You should talk to the District Attorney or get an attorney. Probable cause has to be established for the initial arrest. This is enough to hold him until a bond is set. This is done in first 72 hours. A bill is filed before the expiration of 180 days. Technically he could sit there for 6 months. If it is a felony, he will have a bond hearing, an arraignment and then motions will be set-this could be over several months. If it is a misdemeanor, he will have a bond hearing, arraignment then trial. Again, a few months.
