Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana

My son when he was 18 was charged with a crime but ALL charges where dropped. If a criminal check is run on him would this show up? Thank You in advanced.

Any arrest will show up on a criminal history. The disposition will show that charges were dropped. You can have the arrest expunged but it will still be available to law enforcement and any employer authorized by statute.
