Specific Intent
Can anyone tell me whether or not second degree robbery is a specific intent crime? Also, any information on where I could go to research such or any cases that would apply to such here in Louisiana would be appreciated. Thank you very much.

The various forms of robbery are among those crimes where intent need not be proven.
