spelling of a word
I am a court reporter trying my hardest to find the spelling of a word which sounds like ''boican.'' It's a legal form, I believe used in criminal law. Help!

The word is "Boykin". It should be capitalized. The Boykin rights are the rights a person surrenders if they enter a guilty plea. They are listed in the case "United States v. Boykin".
