Stalking
In Louisiana is a stalking charge a felony or misdemeanor? And how much would bail be if an individual was arrested for it?

Stalking can be a misdemeanor or a felony depending on several circumstances; the most important factor being that, if the offender was already court ordered to stay away from the victim the offense is a felony.
Bail is set by a judge or other magistrate, usually on a case by case basis.
