subject- PASS WITHOUT DATE.

Hello, please tell me what does ''pass without date mean'' and what is the time frame that a person has to file a suet against the state for a wrongful imprisonment.Because of misstaking identity.

"Passed without date" means the matter was continued without a new trial/hearing date being set. A motion to fix a trial/hearing date must be filed to obtain another date. More information is needed concerning time to file suit against the state and whether you even have a valid cause of action.
