Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
Suggestion
I was hoping someone could give me some suggestions on how to devise a closing arguement for a first degree murder case. I am a college student needing to do this for a class and I am hopeless!!! Thanks for your time.

I will be glad to offer suggestions. I have participated in a first degree murder prosecution, as an Asst. D.A. Provide some facts, like what side are you on? In what type of school are you enrolled? Topically, what arguments do you want to make. I never used cards or a preprepared argument. I used an outline and argued from there. Hope this helps.
