Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
Supressed Evidence
If I am waiting on the judge to rule on a motion to supress evidence, can the evidence found be used as evidence in another case?
If the motion to supress is granted, can they use that evidence anyway?

Re: Supressed Evidence
If a motion to supress is granted then that evidence suppressed cannot be used in that case.
As to another case, it is up to that defendant to object to its admissability with their own motion.
