telephone harrassmanet and taping telephone conversations
what exactly are the laws pertaing to telephone harrassmant and is it legal to tape record a telephone conversation without the consent and knowldge of the other party on the line?

Very, very basically, if a person tells you not to call them on the telephone, then any subsequent phone call can be considered harassment. As long as one of the persons knows the conversation is being recorded, then in my opinion it is legal.
