Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana

theft

accused of theft. case going to D.A. material was stored at my home for the night. taken to job and installed next day. angry ex called police and said i had stolen the material. i am an electrician and it was copper wire. have letter from my boss saying i could have material at my home. letter from girlfiend saying she lied. entergy, the client, got their property the next morning. what will the D.A.'s office do? i have lost my job over this. what can i do?

How could you lose your job if all was as innocent as you wrote? Since there is more to this than you wrote, I cannot venture a guess as to what DA DeRosier will do with this.
