Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
theft
i was involved in a theft when i was 18 years old and was scared and threatned into signing and handwriting a confession, i have been paying this man back money as i signed in the confession and am now having him getting information on my bank account without my permission. I need to know what I can do to have this matter resolved. I dont want to have to pay for something I didnt do. Please let me know if there is anything that can be done.
