Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
tickets
In louisianna, I got 4 tickets for no drivers license,ex. brake sticker,and ex. tag. Dosnt the statuet of limitations over ride those tickets that are 12 or13 years old?I,ve never been to court on them.

If you never went to court for them, you likely have warrants for your arrest. Warrants never expire.
Prescription (statute of limitations) does not run when you are "on the run." So if you missed all court dates, you have warrants, and one day you will be arrested on those warrants.
