Type Your Question Here...I was charged with cyberstalking in laplace la plead not guilty because I don't know the person and it was through a im message on facebook claiming to threaten them through facebook but it not showing up on my facebook messages and I don't have them on friend list what r the penalities if found guilty how can I fight this without any information on what happened

First you get a lawyer. Either you hire one or have the court appoint you one. That lawyer files for discovery. The discovery should include the evidence against you. The state has to prove that it is really you and not someone using your identity.
