Types of Punishment
What law covers' being sentenced to the military versus the state jail? And if posssible does Louisiana law allowes such actions to take places, for a criminal offence?

Re: Types of Punishment
No state court can make you join the military because no state court has the authority to make the military take you. A judge might give leniency to a person entering the military.
