i do not understand my charges
My brother had drugs in his room, which i was not aware of. The cops asked to speak to him. After seaching his room they found ectasy. Therefore, he was arrested. They asked to fo through my purse and i said they could. They found a prescription of adderall that i am prescribed, and they also found a bottle of seizure mes for my grandfather i forgot to drop off. They arrested me for having a prescription without a script. In the arrest it states, prohib acts, all schedules. The medicine is not a controlled substance or a narcaotic. Unforutanly, i did not know what my brother had in his room, i wish i did, bc it would have never been allowed. i work full time and go to school, and i have never been in trouble. So what do i do, do erase these charges. This has been an embarrasment.

Go to the pharmacy & get a copy of your prescription records. Also get a copy of your grandfather's records. These should be usable to clear you.

That should be enough to separate your lawful possession from your brother's illegal drugs.
