Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana

there was a woman on the internet i got into an argument with because of her ex husband and my husband had a little tiff. well, in response, she posted that my ex boyfriend had posted pictures of me before pregnancy on an internet site. i was no older than 16 if thats the truth. i have yet to find the pictures but have been searching for a full 24 hours and have gotten less than half way through the site. there are other girls on there that were underage. what she posted to the public was descriptive so i know it has to be on there. "Whil e your talking shit about my ex, your exes are posting nude pictures of you on 4chan and there ain't nobody posting 'MOAR'. That's the difference between you and I, beside the obvious post-baby weight difference. I will continue to have my best friend in my baby-daddy despite anything, including divorce. We will probably laugh about those pictures later lol. YOUR Lesson Learned: Being a bitch just makes you look like an idiot." from my previous message, it is obvious this is posted to me. i was wondering since she posted where i was located at and having knowledge i was underage on this site, if i could press solicitation charges of child pornography. people had commented on it but she deleted it before we could read it so i have no idea how many people she has shown this to. also what should i do with the site? can i track who posted it? i just want to shut this site down and teach her its not okay to post things like that and press charges not only on her but on the person posting.

You should contact the police or the attorney general's office if the site is showing child pornography or if you are being cyberstalked. If this is one of the gossip sites, there is little you can do except sue civilly and if you do a little research you will see that in many cases it is a waste of time.
