Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana

worst case scenario

my son is on a (893) probation for 3 simple burglaries and a xanax charge. He is now in jail on a probation hold charged with another simple burglary, they suspect him breaking into a car window, but nothing was stolen. Could anyone help prepare me for the worst case scenario about what will happen to him now? in all other aspects of his probation he's done favorable and is even liked by his probation officer. Also his judge is Judge Anderson.

Re: worst case scenario

Worse case scenario is he gets 12 years on each of the 3 burglaries plus $2,000 fine all to run consecutive.....then he could get another 12 years plus $2,000 fine on the latest burglary....as for the xanax charge, he could get 10 years plus $15,000 fine. So grand total, worse case scenario is 58 years and $23,000 fine. I do not know Judge Anderson, but I believe I can safely say your son will not get the sentence that is the worse case scenario.
