Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Louisiana

I am 15.I want to date an 18 year old.I turn 16 in January and He turned 18 in April.My parents agree to it, if it would be legal.Is it Legal?

Dating in NEVER a problem. Its when you get naked and copulate....actually it is the copulation that causes big problems...naked or not!
