discrimation law suit againt my job
yesterday my coworker a white man called me a CENSORED doing a arguement no it did not called him out of his name and yes i black.
i went to my superviser yesterday
and he still have is job today

Not sure what you are saying with this statement.."no it did not called him out of his name and yes i black." But name calling would not be discrimination. Were there any witnesses?
