Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Louisiana

Recently hired whites are given more hours than me. I have been there 2 1/2 years, is there anything i can do.

If you believe that you have been the victim of discrimination, you should first file a complaint with the EEOC. They are the federal agency responsible for investigating those claims and you would have to file a claim with them first before filing suit anyway.
