In 2005 my dad was put on probation for DWI. When he was being sentenced the judge never mentioned his 2 year post convtion relief while being boyknized. Now he is being sentenced and is facing 30 years in prison. Since he was never given his post conviction rights in 2005, can he file for them now?

He obviously has more convictions....speak to his attorney. It seems he needs to be off the roads.
