bounds
I went to jail for dwi and 3 outher charges. on my paper work they had it down as my 3rd dwi even thow it was my first one. So when i got a bondsman and bonded out i had to pay a bond for a 3rd dwi and 3 other charges. I went to court and they knew that it was my ofirst dwi and the outhers charges were droped, shouldn't i get some of that bond money back.

You don't get the bond back. You should always get an attorney first because they can get you out without using a bonds man and that saves you money.
