Beat the charges...........Ask to be placed on DA's probation and in a year they can dismiss the charges.......Or, plead guilty and ask to be sentenced under 894 of the code of criminal procedure....

Yes, you can have it expunged. However, if you have not gone to court yet, don't just automatically plead guilty and go right for the expungement. You may be able to beat the charge or get a better deal, like a dismissal. You should also know that you only have two weeks to ask for the administrative hearing, so you should seek the advice of a lawyer immediately.
