Legal Question in DUI Law in Louisiana

I am desperate not to go to jail. Please help.

In 6 months i have been arrested 3 times for dwi, all are still pending. Is there any way to avoid jail time?

I suggest you hire a very able DUI attorney and that you both develop a strategy to deal with both your charges and your substance abuse issues.

It's possible to avoid significant jail time, but I think you need to consult with an attorney as soon as possible. There will probably be some jail time unless you can get into a Drug Court Treatment Program of some kind.

Are these all in the same Parish?
