I want a drivers license in another state

I have a life time revocation in Florida. Am I eligable for a drivers license in Louisiana or Texas or any or all states, if I relocate?

You could apply and the worst thing they can tell you is "no". That being said, most states, including Louisiana, are part on an interstate compact wherein they recognize each other's decisions regarding driving privileges. No is therefore a strong possibility.
