dui
Im charged with 1st dui I have had 3 one in 94 96 and 98 i never finished any of the probation before getting another except on 3rd i got of probation in half the time now ive been charged with another 1st and my lawyer says they in st. tammany louisiana can use the others because its from time of conviction not arrest what about it is there any laws that were diff. when i got the firs two thats not retroe acctive ?
