You could lose your license for 60 days, you could get a final conviction if you are not careful. You need to hire an attorney that does DWI as one of their main stays for representation. And you need to contact an attorney within 15 days of being ticketed and/or arrested you will lose your license 40 days from the date of the ticket and/or arrest. If you request a hearing in time, your attorney can fight that hearing and possibly win so that you can keep your driver's license or get it back. There are numerous dangers about not hiring an attorney in these type cases, so do not wait or just ignore it hoping it will go away.
