dui-seizure of second party vehicle
my son's car was seized because his brother n law was driving it while intoxicated without my son's permission. my son was in another state working at the time. the district attorney refuses to discuss this with anyone. he stated he has to seize the car by law, but i am aware that there is statutes to protect the innocent in such cases. what right does this district attorney have to go against these statutes? please help.

The DA can never "go against a statute". The DA must obey the law just like everyone else.
