dwi and nolle prosequi

I was granted a nolle prosequi in a first offense dwi. should this arrest still show on my record and if so can i get it erased?

The arrest might well be on your record. You can file in the court to get the arrest expunged.

An arrest can be expunged if it remains on your record.
