I just recieved my first DWI. Is there anyway i can plead guilty and the DWI taken off my record at anytime. I am a student and a full time worker. I am graduating next May and will not recieve the job lined up for me with a DWI

If you were to plead guilty to a DWI, you may be able to convince the DA to allow you to participate in a diversion program which may keep the DWI off your record. Another option may be a 894, but that does not remove the DWI completely from your record.
An attorney in your area will be better equipped to advise you on the attitudes in your community and your DAs office.
