My girlfriend got a dwi in september of 2009 and she is on parole and gets off of parole in february..she has not been in any trouble since being on parole...she pleaded not guilty to the dwi charge in november and goes to court in february for thr dwi hearing...what do you think PROBABLY will happen...she is on parole for a negligent homicide charge

Getting a DWI while on parole for negligent homicide is "getting in trouble" since being on parole. May I presume her negligent homicide occured when someone was killed because she was driving under the influence of some substance? If she has not told her parole officer about the new charge, there is a chance she can keep it from him, but no way a competent DA will not know she is on probation. Since I do not know her record I cannot guess what will happen.
