Legal Question in DUI Law in Louisiana

I received a dwi in 2008 and now need to decide on article 894 or pretrial diversion program.

Which program should i choose and why.

If you ever get another DWI that 894 would make it a second offense. Diversion is ultimately a true dismissal.
