I recently moved to La. from IL. My liscense is revoked in IL. for multiple dui convictions. I was arrested for dwi last night in La. the state police officer charged me as a first dui. Will the other dui convictions be found by the prosecuter when I go to court? It has been 16 years since my last arrest.
