I just recently got promoted as transferred to another state. Upon celebrating I recently received my first owi . How is this gonna affect the fact that I have to start my new job soon out of state?

Make an appointment with the prosecutor and request pre-trial diversion. If you don't qualify, the probation requirements can be performed out of state.
