seizure of property while intoxicated
do you have any chance of saving your property with a 4th DWI charge in Louisiana. 24th judicial court seized harley davidson and I would like to know if there is a chance to keep it.

The statute states the vehicle you were driving must be seized and sold. I have never seen a judge let someone keep a vehicle on a 4th DWI, and I have seen several ask.
The lienholder on the Harley has a limited right to stop the sheriff's sale, but that doesn't really help you.
