What does "status conference is passed to be reset by notice at State's request" mean ? This is her 3rd dwi (felony) What is statute of limitations for State of LA to convict this person or at least go to trial?

Passing the status conference just means it is unnecessary and they continue to proceed towards trial. This is a felony so the bill must be filed within 3 years. Once filed, the proceedings should take place as quickly as court calendar allows. There is an arraigent, motions and then jury or judge trial.
