Suspension from School
My thirteen year old daughter is being suspended for a food fight.
The video does not show her involvement but her proximity. The principal is suspending everyone in proximity. Says he has to be consistant with same puinishment for all no mater level of involvement.
she is the only female and the only one who will be removed from cheerleader squad if suspended. Rules of conduct for cheerleaders.
Im appealing the decision to the school board is there a legal issue in which I can file suit for damages
