I am a 71 yr old woman with serious health,husband is 75 with no health issues.He gets 1230.00 S>S> and I get 566.00 a month even tho I worked for many years.I am afraid of him and he keeps telling me to get out but cannot financially.Please advise me.What can I do?

He can't just tell you to "get out". If he wants a divorce, he can move out and file for one. You can (and should) ask for use and occupancy of the home, as well as spousal support. The Court can award you the home and make him pay you spousal support. Remember that if you are married, there is no such thing as "his" property/income and "your" property/income. You both own 50% of everything either of you acquired during the marriage.
