I desparately need to file for a divorce from a 76 yr old (I am 72 and in bad health)and the docs say he has no health issues except he is mean as hell.I have no where to go and I only get 566.00 a month-he gets 1230.oo.-He wants me to leave and said I could go in a Nursing home.My health isn't that bad.He said he is not leaving but will make me miserable enough I will HAVE to leave then he will file abandoment charges and get everyhting.The onlt REAL thing here s just a roof over the head and it leaks.I am scared of him and he has been in 2 mental health places in the last 3 months.But they let him go and said he is just a mean old man.I have NO where to go to and have lost all friends because of him.He runs them off.For God's sake help meI also have no money for divorse.I am scared.
