Re: Medicaid benefits

Not a simple question, but, in general, a residence, an auto used for medical purposes, a burial plot, and $2,000.00 in cash.

The lookback period is five years, in all states.

Medicaid is entitled to a lien against the residence of a person who receives Medicaid benefits.
